My meals for the whole day:
8 spoonful of instant oat + marmite
Hard boil egg x4
Oreo x22pcs!!!!!!!!!!!!

Water consumed: 1L

7/11 diet diary

Went to KFC today!!!! Fattening food~ I just cant control myself!!!! I ate dinner plate!! Very full~ Until I couldn’t finished it~

This is what I have today.
KFC dinner plate
(3pcs chicken, did not finished, consider 2 and a half, 2 scoops of mash potato, 1 bun, 1pcs of cheesy wedges, 1pepsi no ice)
Oreo x6pcs
water consumption 750ml
revive 100ml

Though I only have one meal today, I'm satisfied and scared to eat anything more~ I feel like my stomach going to burst!!!
From now on~ I will choose the way I live…. I will have to control myself~ And I’m going to success!!! Please help me oh Lord!!!!! I will not let food ruined myself!!!!!! Anymore~~ Amen!!!!

My own planning~

This is what I planned to do to accomplish my goal~

Everyday except friday~
First meal: Oat(7-10 spoons) + Marmite(Max haf a spoon) /Vico (Max 2 spoonful)
When I'm hungry: Fruits (Max 1 serving) /Cucumber(Max 1)/Tomatoes(Max 3)/Potatoes(Max 1)

Friday(When I go to church/ Having exam)~
First meal: Eat at changlun... Mostly noodle~ /Maggie
When I'm hungry: Cucumber/ Tomatoes/ Potatoes/ Fruits/ Oat(Max 5 spoonful)

Exercise:
- Sauna (once a fortnight)
- Sit up (100 times per day)
- Badminton
- Cycling

Extra notes:
-Have to have self control!!!!!
-No junk food at all!!!!
-Determination!!!!!!!!
-Self console when there is improvement!!!!

Target: 10kg!!!!!
Duration: 1 month!!!

Hope that I can accomplish within a month!!!!

First day~~

Usually its hard for me to start to diet on the first day~
Moreover the rest of my following days on diet~~
I'm not so sure which way to use~
Some of my friends succeeded~ I meant I have two friends successfully reduced their weight~
But it seems to me that neither these two friends' ways are really my type~
One is without any exercising~ This seems interesting~ And I love it when it comes to no exercising~ haha~~ And the way was to eat plain oat in the morning~ and two fruits maximum for the rest of the day~ if really really could not resist... then just one or two pieces of biscuits ONLY~ He reduced 17kgs in a month~
i guess i can do it~ but my friend fainted once~
the second way was not to consume rice for 3 MONTHS!!!! Ans she exercise every morning~
running 50 rounds around the house~ Or 100 over times of rope skipping~ Whenever she was hungry~ She only eat cucumber~ One whole cucumber, shredded~ Or one bunch of steamed bean sprouts~ Plain~ Without any sauce~ But she allows herself to eat a little more better than usual which is Wantan Mee on Saturday~ Now her size was half of the old her~ Around 40kgs in 3 to 4 months~ But end up getting anorexia~~
I'm really lost~ Should I follow any of them? I wish there is someone that could work together with me~ So that I won't give up easily~
And I admit I cant control myself when there are food around me!!!!!!
I have another month before going home~ I wish I could at least reduced some weight before going home~ I want my mum to feel at least a little proud of me cause I have succeeded in reducing my weight!!!!!!
