My own planning~

This is what I planned to do to accomplish my goal~

Everyday except friday~
First meal: Oat(7-10 spoons) + Marmite(Max haf a spoon) /Vico (Max 2 spoonful)
When I'm hungry: Fruits (Max 1 serving) /Cucumber(Max 1)/Tomatoes(Max 3)/Potatoes(Max 1)

Friday(When I go to church/ Having exam)~
First meal: Eat at changlun... Mostly noodle~ /Maggie
When I'm hungry: Cucumber/ Tomatoes/ Potatoes/ Fruits/ Oat(Max 5 spoonful)

Exercise:
- Sauna (once a fortnight)
- Sit up (100 times per day)
- Badminton
- Cycling

Extra notes:
-Have to have self control!!!!!
-No junk food at all!!!!
-Determination!!!!!!!!
-Self console when there is improvement!!!!

Target: 10kg!!!!!
Duration: 1 month!!!

Hope that I can accomplish within a month!!!!
